Citizens Town Hall Meeting - February 1, 2010. A Citizens Town Hall Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, February 9, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers at 1938 South Hampton Road. The City Manager, Mayor and Council invite you to attend an informational Town Hall Meeting - topics will include: Where is Glenn Heights headed? What does your City tax dollars pay for? What's on the horizon for business development?
Citizens Action Center - January 28, 2010. A new tool for citizens to report a problem or find answers to a question has been added to the City's website. On the HOME page look for the icon that is titled Citizens Action Center (located on the right side of the page) and follow the directions.
Citizens will have access 24/7 to find answers to questions, ask a question, or report a service request anonymously or by leaving your name. A tracking number will be initiated for all service requests for you to track your requests.
The goal of this new tool is to improve citizen communication, overall customer service and have one central location for all information.

Online Payment - January 13, 2010 - A new service has been added for the customers of Glenn Heights. Online Payments are now available for Utility Billing and Municipal Court and have been added to the HOME page. A new button "Online Payment" has been added at the upper left hand side of the HOME page. Click on the button and select either Utility Billing or Municipal Court to view or make a payment.
Online Payment for Municipal Court citations can be made from the HOME page or the Municipal Court webpage.
Looking for a place to recycle your cell phones? Bring your old cell phones to City Hall! Keep Glenn Heights Beautiful is collecting old cell phones and accessories which will be recycled and donated to "Cell Phones for Soldiers" or 911cellphonebank.com. Early Warning Siren Early Warning Sirens will test on the first Wednesday of each month at 1:00 p.m., weather permitting.
Looking for Volunteers The City of Glenn Heights is accepting applications for Volunteers to serve on the Planning and Zoning Board, the Board of Adjustments and the Park and Recreation Board. If you would like to serve on any of these Boards please pick up an application at City Hall, or download application (PDF format). Recycling Containers Citizens are encouraged to reduce their household trash by recycling. The City has three recycle bins located at City Hall, 1938 S. Hampton Road. If you wish to help by recycling, place your items in the bins. Acceptable items are aluminum cans, paper, plastic, and glass. All containers should be free of food debris. Please do not put any Hazardous Waste in the containers. For additional information contact City Hall at 972-223-1690.
Stage One Drought Contingency Plan - Stage One is Voluntary. Please keep outside water usage to the following schedule. The last digit of the address will determine the days that you can use water outside the home. Even Numbers - 0,2,4,6, and 8 water on Sunday and Thursday. Odd Numbers - 1,3,5,7 and 9 water on Wednesday and Saturday. Any and all questions please contact Municipal Services Department at 972-274-5100.
