Living in Texas is something to be proud of, but living with trash
isn't. Help do a little spring cleaning of streets, parks and highways
by taking part in the Don't Mess With Texas Trash-Off on the first
Saturday of April.
Glenn Heights is holding its first annual Don’t Mess with
Texas Trash-Off. “The Don't Mess with Texas Trash-Off is
part of the partnership between Keep Texas Beautiful and the Texas
Department of Transportation. It is the single largest one-day
cleanup event in the state where more than 55,000 volunteers offer
their time to keep our state beautiful.”
Residents can drop off items at the Municipal Services area on
South Uhl Road to include: trash, brush, batteries, tires, and
metal. Also, a sensitive document shredder will be made available
for this one-day event. |
| Remember: A clean City is a matter of pride! |
