Glenn
Heights On Call will go into service on October 3, 2005.
Hours of service are 5:15 AM to 8:15 AM, serving the Park N Ride
every half hour, and 3:45 to 7:30 PM, also serving the Park N
Ride every half hour.
Passengers
can book trips up to a week in advance and no less than one hour
in advance. Passengers waiting at the Park N Ride can ride without
a reservation--just walk on the van, and the operator will accommodate
them in the schedule.
The

training on the service, and will begin providing service the week
of September 26, for any passengers wanting to try the service
early.

RESERVATIONS
- May
be made up to a week in advance

not required for service from DART Transit Facility
- When
scheduling your trip, be prepared to provide your name, date
of travel, departure location, destination and desired arrival
time. Service is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Reduced
fares apply to:

under age 5 may ride free when accompanied by an adult with valid
local, premium or reduced fare (up to 4 children).
RULES
OF THE ROAD
Children age 12 and under must be accompanied by a fare-paying adult
Vans wait two minutes past the reservation pick-up time before leaving
Customers wishing to cancel trips must call before the van arrives or
a "no-show" will be recorded Customers with three no-shows
cannot make another reservation for four weeks Service animals accompanying
persons with disabilities are allowed Non-service animals are allowed
when carried in an appropriate, securely latched cage or container All
DART On-Call vehicles meet ADA requirements, offering wheelchair lifts
to accommodate riders with disabilities HOLIDAY SERVICE No service on
New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving
Day or Christmas Day Holidays falling on a Saturday are generally observed
on the preceding Friday Holidays falling on a Sunday are generally observed
on the following Monday.
