THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF GLENN HEIGHTS, TEXAS WILL CONVENE IN A MEETING AT 7:30 P.M. ON MONDAY, FEBRUARY 14, 2005 AT 1938 S. HAMPTON ROAD (CITY HALL) TO CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:

1. Consider approving the minutes of the Planning and Zoning Commission meeting of January 10, 2005 and January 24, 2005.
2. Public Hearing on a proposed zoning change of 26.489 acre tract in the James Porter Survey, Abstract 1129, north of Bear Creek Road and East of Uhl Road from SF-1 (Single-family for a minimum of 20,000 square foot lot size) to SF-3 (Single-family for a minimum of 9,000 square foot lot size).
