NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE GLENN HEIGHTS CITY COUNCIL WILL HOLD A REGULAR MEETING ON MONDAY, DECEMBER 15, 2008, BEGINNING AT 7:30 P.M. IN THE CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CITY HALL, 1938 SOUTH HAMPTON ROAD, GLENN HEIGHTS, TEXAS AS PRESCRIBED BY V.T.C.S., GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION §551.041, TO CONSIDER AND POSSIBLY TAKE ACTION ON THE FOLLOWING AGENDA ITEMS. ITEMS DO NOT HAVE TO BE TAKEN IN THE SAME ORDER AS SHOWN IN THE MEETING NOTICE.

CONSENT AGENDA:
All matters listed in Item 1, Consent Agenda, are to be considered routine by the City Council will be enacted by one motion. There will not be separate discussion on these items. If discussion is desired, that item will be removed from the consent agenda and will be considered separately.
1. Consider and approve the Minutes of November 17, 2008 regular meetings.

2. Consider proposed designs for an enhanced and updated City Logo.
3. Consider and adopt Ordinance O-35-08 amending the budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2007 and ending September 30, 2008.
4. Public Hearing to receive testimony concerning the Replat submitted by Rich and Marilyn Trevino of approximately 11.045 acres of land out of the James Porter Survey, Abstract Number 1129 in the City of Glenn Heights, Dallas County, Texas, said tract being part of Tract B of Meadow Creek Estates, recorded in Volume 2004205, Page 160 of the Deed Records of Dallas County, Texas, and generally located in the 900 Block of Bear Creek Road.
5. Consider and Approve the Replat submitted by Rich and Marilyn Trevino of approximately 11.045 acres of land out of the James Porter Survey, Abstract Number 1129 in the City of Glenn Heights, Dallas County, Texas, said tract being part of Tract B of Meadow Creek Estates, recorded in Volume 2004205, Page 160 of the Deed Records of Dallas County, Texas, and generally located in the 900 Block of Bear Creek Road.
6. Discuss and review the Developer's Agreement with Rich and Marilyn Trevino on Planned Development 18.
7. Discuss and review Ordinance No. O-34-08 amending Planned Development Number 18, Ordinance No. O-13-08, relative to modifying the Concept Plan and Development Standards on approximately 11.04 acres of land out of a portion of Tract B of Meadow Creek Estates, Volume 2004-205, Page 00160 of DRDCT. The proposed Concept Plan allows for Trevino's Multi-Use Entertainment Complex to be constructed on the Bear Creek Road frontage, no thru-way for Breanna Way, the Traffic Impact Analysis conducted by a licensed professional engineer, no required Letter of Map Revision, amended drainage design and no required signalization or escrow.
8. EXECUTIVE SESSION
Executive Session, pursuant to Chapter §551. Texas Local Government Code V.T.C.S. (OPEN MEETINGS LAW), in accordance with the authority contained in Section §551.071 Legal, Section §551.072 Real Estate AND Section §551.074 Personnel.
A. Pursuant to Sec. §551.074, Texas Local Government Code, regarding personnel, to deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of the Municipal Judge and Associate Judge.
B. Pursuant to Sec. §551.071, Texas Local Government Code, consultation and deliberation regarding Utility Billing Issues.
Any final action, decision or vote on a matter deliberated in Executive Session or on information received in conference with employees will be taken in an Open Meeting that is held in compliance with Texas Local Government Code Chapter §551. The City Council reserves the Right to convene in Executive Session as authorized by the Texas Government Cede Section §551.001, ET. SEQ. (Texas Open Meetings Act) on any item on its Open Meeting Agenda or to reconvene in a continuation of an Executive Session on the Executive Session Items noted above, in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, including without limitation. Sections §551.071-§551.085 of the Texas Open Meetings Act.
9. Consider any Official Action as a result of the Executive Session.
10. ADJOURNMENT.
