NO resets are given the day of court. Exceptions
may be granted in cases of medical or emergency situations. All
requests must be in writing, signed, dated, and give the reason
for the reset request. |

CELL PHONES ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE COURTROOM. Please
leave them secured in your vehicle or at home. (Phones that ring
or that are used while court is in session will be taken up and
will not be returned until the conclusion of all court business
for the day.) |

Seating in the courtroom is limited, and therefore,
we request that you try to make arrangements for small children
and other family members. Persons who do not have cases may be
asked to wait outside the courtroom if there is not enough seating
available. Persons entering court must be dressed appropriately
and conduct themselves in a respectful manner, anyone in violation
will be ordered to leave. |

Please be advised that all fines, fees, and costs
must be paid at the time of court. This includes defensive driving,
deferred disposition, and dismissal fees. |

| You are responsible for notifying the court of any
address or telephone number changes. |

The Court requires current contact information on
everyone requesting a court date. If you do not have all of this
information, please be prepared to pay in full. There can be no
pay plan agreements unless all of this information is provided
on the financial statement, request, or any other agreement made. |

| EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2011. |
The court now requires that the ATTORNEY at pretrial
MUST provide contact information on each of their clients. Payment
will be due in full at pretrial if information cannot be provided--no
time payment arrangements will be made.
Cases may be reset to supply this information and at that time
payment agreement and arrangements shall be made. If information
CANNOT be provided- payment in full at pretrial is due. |
